Anyone else hear/see similarities in the song/videos for Saving Jane’s 2006 single “Girl Next Door” and Taylor Swift’s hit “You Belong With Me?” Check these out and see for yourself.

To be fair, the concept of the songs are slightly different—Taylor is pining after some douche nozzle, while Saving Jane’s leading lady is pining after another girl’s life. The video concepts, though, comparing the lives of a misfit and Miss Popular are too similarly shot to ignore.
Either way, both are amusing. Everybody wins!
